Just you and your team behind the door. No walk-ins, no curious neighbours — just the set and whatever you came to create.

Private entrance code, blackout coverage on every window and no one on site but you.

No signage, no social tags unless you ask. NDAs available for sensitive projects.

Exclusive use of the entire building for special events, parties, group bookings and content collaborations. Multiple themed spaces under one roof, one private entrance and a team on hand — tell us the occasion and we'll tailor the night around it.
Couples hire
For the occasions worth marking.
Birthdays, anniversaries, or a creative evening with your partner just for the two of you. Hire a room — or the whole studio — with nobody else behind the door. Photography packages available if you'd like the evening captured professionally.
18+ hire only. We're creator-friendly and judgment-free — tell us what you're planning and we'll make sure the space is set up for it before you arrive.
03 — Rates
One simple rate. Every room included.
£50 an hour, with half and full day rates on application. A deposit is required to secure your space and date at the time of booking.

Minimum 2 hours. Ideal for quick shoots, pick-up shots and content sprints.
Half day

A morning or afternoon to yourself — time to light, shoot and reset without watching the clock.

The whole space, door to door. Perfect for full portfolios, content days and small events.
A deposit is required to secure your space and date on each booking. All rates include exclusive use of the booked spaces. Longer hires and multi-day bookings — just ask.
04 — Book
Tell us the date. We hold the studio.
A shoot, a content day, a private evening — whatever you're planning, send the date and the room. We reply within a working day, confirm your slot and make sure everything is exactly as you asked before the door closes behind you. A deposit is required to secure your space and date.
